During certain periods such as Christmas, Black-Friday, Sales or other promotional campaigns that we organize, our shipping/delivery time may be higher than the standard times indicated above. 4Elementos has Correos Express as its logistics services partner. Once the order leaves our facilities, Correos Express will send you an email, and if you have provided your cell phone details, it will send you a text message 24 hours before the expected delivery date so that you can manage the delivery as you deem appropriate.
Once your order leaves our facilities, we will send you an email with the tracking number so you can see its status.
24 hours before Correos Express is scheduled to deliver the order, it will send you a text message to indicate the day of delivery and will provide you a link through which you can manage the delivery or the pick-up of your order at a post office.
If nobody is available at the indicated address at the time of the delivery, another delivery attempt will be made in the following days. In the event that delivery cannot be made on that second attempt, the package will be deposited at the nearest Correos Express facility until the delivery is arranged. If you have a specific time-frame in which you can collect the order or any difficulty in doing so, please indicate this in "observations" at the time of ordering or contact us by sending an email to [email protected] so that we can agree on the delivery time that best suits your needs.
We remind you that Correos Express will give you the option to pick up your order at a post office through the link that will be sent to you via a text message 24 hours before delivery.
At 4Elementos, we always commit to comply with all the conditions set forth on this page; however, on certain occasions it might not be possible to do so for reasons beyond our control, such as a shipment delays due to weather events or theft. For your peace of mind, our shipments are insured and we will respond in any case with our utmost effort and available mechanisms to solve any type of incident in the shortest time possible.
You can return (totally or parcially) your order withing the next 14 natural days from the day you receive it.
Procedures:
In order to proceed with the online return, send an e-mail to [email protected] with the subject “Return + Order Number”. Make sure to specify on your message which products you wish to return.Go to the nearest 4Elementos store to make your change or return.It is essential that the items you want to return are in perfect conditions, with its original packaging, tags, as well as unused and unwashed.
You can go to any of our physical stores (see stores) with the items to return or exchange along with the Original Ticket.
Remember that the items must be returned in its original packaging and in its unused, unaltered, unwashed condition.
The store will process your return and inform our return center that will refund you the corresponding amount through the same payment method you used.
Please note that it can take up to 10 business days to process your returns.
We don’t accept online exchanges.
Go ahead and return the item or items you wish, following any of the procedures mentioned above and place a new order for the item that you actually want.
"Express Orders" are made in-store and sent to the address that the customer wishes.
In this type of orders, there is no refund. A voucher with no expiration date will be issued instead with the corresponding amount.
You can also return your “Express Order” through the “Online Return” or “In-Store” procedures mentioned above.
You are expected to handle the items in the same way you would in-store, until you decide to keep them.
As mentioned before, all returned items must be unused, complete, labeled and in their original packaging. In case of defiance, the customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the articles and your return may be denied.

Yes. In order to shop in our online store, you must have a customer account. If you still don’t have yours, you should register. I entered the wrong address, what can I do?
You won’t be able to modify it yourself.

Can I cancel my order?
If you order has not been processed yet, we will do everything that’s on our hand to cancel it.
If its preparation process has already been started, we will not be able to proceed with its cancellation.

Is it possible to modify an order?
We will not be able to modify your order.
The modification of sizes, or one product for another is not possible. If this is your case, we will proceed to cancel your order and refund you the corresponding ammount so that you can make a new purchase with the correct products.
If you’ve made a purchase but you forgot to include a product, you will have to place a new order.
I’ve placed an order for several items but only received part of the articles. Will I receive another shipment?
If you order includes multiple items, it may not fit in a single box or items may be in different warehouses. That’s why you will receive it in installments.
If you have already received a first package with part of the items, the second one must be about to arrive.

Can orders suffer delays in delivery times during special dates such as Christmas, Black Firday or Sales?
Due to high volume of purchases during special dates, logistics companies tend to suffer saturations in their deilvery services and in addition, the preparation proccess of your order may take a little longer than usual, athough we try to ensure that orders leave our warehouse as soon as possible.

How can I know my size?
When you open the sizes menu of any product, you will see a sub-menu in which you can select the size conversion that you want: EU, UK, US, or CM.
There may be differences in sizing between brands, or even within sizes of the same brand but from one model to another. That’s why we recommend you carefully check the equivalences.

If a product is out of stock, will you be getting more stock?
When a product is out of stock, it is rare that we have stock again. Most of our articles are limited releases and exclusive collections so we normally don’t get restocks.

In the Launches menu you will find exclusive products that are difficult to find on the market, with very few units for sale and with a specific release date.
In exceptional cases, there may be changes on the release date of a product. These alterations are due to indications dictated by the brands themselves, or they may be related to incidences with logistics.

Raffles are virtual or physical draws in which you win the possibility of having access to buy the most limited editions of garments from certain brands, designers or artists.
