Cuando realizas un pedido debes recibir un email de "Confirmación de pedido" con el detalle de los artículos que acabas de adquirir. A continuación, nuestro equipo se pondrá a trabajar en la preparación de tu pedido y te informaremos del estado del mismo avisándote cuando tu pedido pase por los siguientes estados: preparación en curso, preparado para envío (es este aviso te enviaremos un enlace de seguimiento de envío), enviado y entregado.
En caso de que no visualices los emails oportunos, por favor, revisa la bandeja de correo no deseado o spam. Si en esta bandeja tampoco puedes visualizar los correos, no dudes en comunicárnoslo a [email protected]
1. Plazo de envío-entrega de un pedido
El plazo de envío-entrega de tu pedido será de 24-72 horas en días laborales (Lunes-Viernes) en territorio nacional. En determinados destinos, el plazo de entrega puede ser superior, consulta la tabla que aparece más abajo con los importes, zonas y plazos.
Los pedidos que se realicen a partir de las 15:00 se tramitarán el día siguiente.
Quedan excluidos del plazo de envío los siguientes días: sábados, domingos y días festivos.

4. Plazo de envío-entrega en campañas puntuales
En determinadas campañas como Navidades, Black-Friday, Rebajas u otras campañas promocionales que organicemos, el plazo de envío-entrega puede verse incrementado respecto al estándar que antes señalamos. Esta información te la mostraremos en el proceso de compra, en el momento en el que selecciones el transportista, así sabrás antes de efectuar el pedido, el tiempo aproximado que tardará en llegar a la dirección de destino que elijas.
5. Dónde puedes recibir tu pedido
Puedes recibirlo en la dirección que elijas (domicilio, trabajo...) en el momento de realizar tu pedido. Recuerda cubrir bien todos los campos y dejar un teléfono de contacto, indispensable para formalizar el envío y en caso de incidencia o que el destinatario esté ausente en el momento en el que pasa el repartidor, poder contactar contigo para buscar una solución.
6. Empresa que entregará tu pedido
4Elementos tenemos como partner de servicios de logística a Correos Express. Una vez que el pedido salga de nuestras instalaciones, Correos Express te enviará un e-mail, y si has dejado como dato tu teléfono móvil, 24 horas antes de la entrega prevista, te enviará un sms para que puedas gestionar la entrega en caso de que lo estimes oportuno.
7. Estado de mi envío
Una vez tu pedido salga de nuestras instalaciones te enviaremos un email con el número de seguimiento para que puedas ver su estado.
24 horas antes de que Correos Express tenga prevista la entrega del pedido, te enviará un sms para indicarte el día de entrega y dispondrás de un enlace a través de cual podrás gestionar la entrega o bien poder recoger tu pedido en una oficina de Correos.
8. Ausencia de destinatario en el momento de entrega
Si en el momento en el que el repartidor pasa a entregar tu pedido no hay nadie disponible en la dirección indicada, en los siguientes días se hará otro intento más de entrega. En caso de que no se pueda hacer la entrega en ese segundo intento, el paquete se depositará en las instalaciones de Correos Express más cercana a la espera de obtener una solución. Una vez realizado el pedido, no se podrá cambiar la forma de entrega. Para cualquier consulta o problema, puedes contactarnos a través de nuestro correo electrónico [email protected]
Si tienes un horario concreto en el que poder recoger el pedido o alguna dificultad para hacerlo, te pedimos que lo indiques en "observaciones" en el momento de realizar el pedido o bien te pongas en contacto con nosotros enviándonos un correo electrónico a [email protected] para que así podamos acordar el momento de entrega que mejor se ajuste a tus necesidades.
Te recordamos que Correos Express te dará la posibilidad de recoger tu pedido en una oficina de Correos a través del enlace que te enviará vía sms 24 horas antes de la entrega.

4Elementos siempre nos comprometemos a cumplir todas las condiciones que figuran en esta página, aunque en determinadas ocasiones no es posible por causas ajenas a nuestra actividad, como por ejemplo que un envío se retrase por incidencias meteorológicas o robo. Para tu mayor tranquilidad, nuestros envíos están asegurados y responderemos en cualquiera de los casos con todo nuestro esfuerzo y mecanismos disponibles para solucionar cualquier tipo de incidencia en el menor plazo posible.

Remember that the items must be returned in its original packaging and in its unused, unaltered, unwashed condition.
The store will process your return and inform our return center that will refund you the corresponding amount through the same payment method you used.

Go ahead and return the item or items you wish, following any of the procedures mentioned above and place a new order for the item that you actually want.
"Express Orders" are made in-store and sent to the address that the customer wishes.
In this type of orders, there is no refund. A voucher with no expiration date will be issued instead with the corresponding amount.
You can also return your “Express Order” through the “Online Return” or “In-Store” procedures mentioned above.
You are expected to handle the items in the same way you would in-store, until you decide to keep them.

I entered the wrong address, what can I do?
You won’t be able to modify it yourself.

Can I cancel my order?
If you order has not been processed yet, we will do everything that’s on our hand to cancel it.
If its preparation process has already been started, we will not be able to proceed with its cancellation.

Is it possible to modify an order?
We will not be able to modify your order.
The modification of sizes, or one product for another is not possible. If this is your case, we will proceed to cancel your order and refund you the corresponding ammount so that you can make a new purchase with the correct products.
If you’ve made a purchase but you forgot to include a product, you will have to place a new order.
I’ve placed an order for several items but only received part of the articles. Will I receive another shipment?

How can I know my size?
When you open the sizes menu of any product, you will see a sub-menu in which you can select the size conversion that you want: EU, UK, US, or CM.
There may be differences in sizing between brands, or even within sizes of the same brand but from one model to another. That’s why we recommend you carefully check the equivalences.

If a product is out of stock, will you be getting more stock?
When a product is out of stock, it is rare that we have stock again. Most of our articles are limited releases and exclusive collections so we normally don’t get restocks.

In exceptional cases, there may be changes on the release date of a product. These alterations are due to indications dictated by the brands themselves, or they may be related to incidences with logistics.

Raffles are virtual or physical draws in which you win the possibility of having access to buy the most limited editions of garments from certain brands, designers or artists.
